i have a dixon 4422 it's probably 18 years old and would not get rid of it until it explodes. has run perfect. only change the oil, replace belts, and a fuel pump and muffler

Great video DW6!!!! I actually saw one of these at an auction I went to. I didnt stay around to see what it went for though. It needed work. Deck belt was off. Needed cleaned badly. What I was impressed with was the width of the back tires. They must have been close to 14 or more inches wide. It was insane. It looked like a drag race tractor. Lol. Must have weighed a lot also. Glad to see the spindles on yours are greasable. On our encore they're not and the bearings need to be replaced almost yearly now. It's a pain. Greasable stuff lasts so much longer.

It has no wheels on the outter edge of the deck that could be a problem when hidden tree roots are in the ground that the deck could get hung up on.

nice video i just bought a used one and the engine has some compression release issue the guy tells me so I will look into that

HelloI am looking for a few parts, I bought a B&S short block model 12T402 2141. f8, ,,horizontal shaft, ,I need recoil starter, intake and exhaust manifolds, throttle assembly, , muffler, carb.basicly everything but the block
