I did the same porting as you I pulled mine apart the gasket was pinched so when I was putting it back together I used permatex with the gasket ...Its on a 4.8 turbo and it's been up to 18.5 lb with no problems..Not a bad intake for the money.

For the truck manifold, did yall end up using the manifold bolts that came with it? I seen a lot of people say they snap easy. My oem bolts still look good.

But what did yall end up using?

It would have been good to contact Doorman to see if there's a design purpose for those "ramps" in their ports. They don't look like they're there by accident.

Didnt you guys know that the dorman intakes are completely different than the stock GM intakes before you bought them?
