That meat u ate is called forroh chaya, although the interpretation is right lol and the rice is called mbahal made of rice, groundnut flour and lotus beans also eaten with palm oil or some butter

HI Brothers from NIGERIA, , now you Guys can see that all The Capital Cities you Guys have gone through from Lagos in Nigeria to The City of Banjul in The Gambia, The City Of Banjul is The SMALLEST CITY in Main LAND AFRICA. One can even walk through the length and Breath of THE WHOLE CITY in les than 24Hrs.. I think too that you Guys have Discovered that The City of Banjul is a Half Island because The City is all sorounded by water and the entrance in and out of Banjul is just a strip of land which goes up to The KOMBOS now called The GBA// MEANING The Greater Banjul Area which is Kombo SAINT MARYS AREAS. The food is locally called NYANKATANG. The rice is mixed with steamed seasoned grounded ground nut. Cook the rice. When about to be done, you put the mix over it and ready to eat.
