And I only have 12k followers on IG. 👀

So grateful for how much I made this year as a microinfluencer... especially since I was balancing my day job for half of it… 🙏🏽

But I didn’t hit my big scary 6fig goal.

At first, I was beating myself up, comparing myself to all the creators that saw more “success”. But then I had to check myself, because..

1️⃣ I still beat last year, and that income kept a roof over our heads, and paid our bills.

2️⃣ I know why I didn’t hit my goal..more to come on that.

3️⃣ My year was still filled with mind-blowing opportunities and experiences for someone who is still so small.

I hope to keep this annual pay/Income transparency going. 2022 was truly a blast, let’s see what 2023 holds.

Refreshing honesty! Thank you. Goes to show you can make a modest income on social media without having to run after superstardom. After expenses and taxes, this is roughly 4K monthly on average? A reasonable salary one can pay themselves, assuming your city isn't too costly.
