Nice video :) just a small thing, for arranging images you can use the automate contact sheet on photoshop to arrange all the frames automatically! will save you alot of time

hey man really cool stuff and so nice of you to take the time to teach others. I have been doing something similar and have a suggestion that might improve your workflow. in premiere after you scale up, instead of cutting every frame individually in the timeline, use it just as one long block, just animate the position. this way after you have done it once, you can now always just copy paste the animation keyframes to all your future scans too. instant results every time. (obviously gotta be consistent in number of frames, and accurate in how you position the frames in photoshop)
