As a 24 year old Zoomer you can get WAY MORE done than social media and societal doomerism makes you think especially by working at a local level.

I wanted to legally grow weed so I joined my local college's Democrat group and used that opportunity to speak to local politicians and celebrities to push for legalization and pro-homegrow.

Then I moved to Virginia when they legalized, opened a small llc and used that in order to register to speak at Maryland's House of Delegates in order to lobby the state as one of 50 people invited to speak. I worked alongside NORML to get recreational legalization and homegrow passed.

Every single county in the state, blue and red except for one voted yes on legalization and homegrow, the one that voted no was by 2% so it was basically a 50-50 split and it's the Westernmost most conservative/closest to West Virginia culturally and in a few years they would've voted yes to after demographics changes/generational.

Great so not only did you not even allow the conversation of mens struggle to breath for even ONE QUESTION. You allude that there is no problem and if there is one its a society problem. This is coming from the person who would shout at you until her face turned an ironic shade of blue if you even mention "All Lives Matter".

I just don't know how people can even listen to her talk without getting a migrain. I litterally have to shut off the critical thinking part of my brain and just pretend she's making valid points to even tolerate the content.

Coming back to this after the election. The conversation about men moving to the right really exemplified why it’s happening. The question gets asked, Khanna give generic answer about Econ, then says we need to do more finger wagging at men, Emma reframes and says “well actually there are no men’s issues there’s just issues for everyone”. Khanna agrees and says any men that disagree are racist and sexist. Says “well we passed the infrastructure bill instead of the childcare bill, don’t be so ungrateful, men”. Then implies that if you feel like you’ve been left behind, it’s actually a you problem because it’s just equality bro. Closes by reiterating how important feminism is. Is it really any surprise that young men continue to move to the right?
