I find myself opening Windows Task Manager on a regular basis, so my favorite shortcut key is Ctrl+Shift+Esc which opens Task Manager directly.

[WinKey + Prt Sc] - Save a screen shot in PNG format to Pictures\Screenshots.
[WinKey + Alt + Prt Sc] - Save a screen shot of active window only in PNG format to Videos\Captures.

This actually is so helpful, even when I know almost all of these shortcuts I learnt some new. As your provided the timestamps too, that's helpful. Great video ✌🏼

It should be noted that several of these require that you be signed into a Microsoft Account and not using a Local User Account to work. Things like dictation and the Windows Clipboard Manager require you to be signed in and certain telemetries that monitor how you use them to be unblocked and connected to Microsoft.

Useful key combinations with the keyboard for quick access to PC options.

My favorite is Win + V to bring up the clipboard history. I've always believed Windows should save clipboard items in a stack, now it does!

If you have more than one monitor this can be very useful:
"Win+shift+arrow key" to move the active window from one monitor to the other

for snipping tool, there's a setting (just type print screen in search bar) to let you access it with just the "PrtSc" key. not much of a shortcut from above but easier to remember imo

win + s is unnessecary cause you can just type and search with start menu open. pressing just win is enough
