Very good mod, 10/10 would crusade again.
Mod is called "Hearts of Malta" on the steam workshop.

0:00 Spanish Civil War begin
0:32 Malta becomes independent
1:08 WW2 starts. Germany attack Yugoslavia, allied to France
1:30 Malta takes Jerusalem, starting the crusade.
1:58 Crusaders attack the Arabian peninsula.
3:19 Crusade declares war on Italy
---Note: Italy made their own faction at some point, leaving the Axis

4:10 Crusade declares war on the Soviet Union
4:53 Italy is defeated
5:20 Mediterranean empire is formed (way less cool, i should have reload last save)
6:10 Allies defeated. Only Germany and Japan remaining
