Bro I only get around 50-60 fps in rtx on and rtx max in 2k what do i do?

what i never got is DX11 and DX12 look almost identical, yet dx11 has way better preformance. why would i NOT run dx11?

And you tested this on horrible hardware 😂😂😂 on DX 12, I average 142 fps at 4k Ultra settings no RT. On DX 11, I barely hit 78 fps 😂
