How do OKRs help align an Agile Organization?

Plan, measure, adapt – the essence of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Within an #Agile framework, #OKRs are an essential tool to maintain alignment and momentum toward common goals. At DTCC, we use OKRs on a quarterly basis at multiple levels of the organization and encourage sharing these to promote accountability, transparency and collaboration from top to bottom and everywhere in between.
