Ingredients:
16 oz bag of 16 bean soup mix Goya
1 medium diced onion
1 (15oz) can of diced tomatoes
6 cups of water
2 vegetable bouillon cubes (optional and it will add more flavor)
1 bay leaf
1 (8 oz ) boneless ham steak
1 tbsp olive oil
One ham flavored concentrate pack (by Goya)
1/4 teaspoon salt ( to taste)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Make sure you soak beans overnight, they come out much tender
