Honestly. The sad part about a gachatuber is thst if you want to become popular or to be a good gachatuber is to have really amazing animating and art skills. And most people don't have including me 😮‍💨

Another suggestion is doing harmless trends, as ones with sensitive topics can hurt. You can simply post an animation test or a drawing tutorial without bringing up anything triggering :)

I searched up for “how to start a YouTube channel” and this came up, I thought, “oh wow this person is pretty talented, who is this-?” And when I looked, it was my idol. I was literally subscribed. Still amazing amazing video as always 🫶🏻

{✏:: get inspos from other gachatubers, don't steal their ENTIRE video/oc, just get some inspo like the OC's eyes, hair, lips etc. (change it a little so that you don't get accused of copying!)


✏:: never be scared to ask! If you really want to know a feature from someones OC (hair, eyes, lips etc.) you could ask them, don't be scared because I use this a lot or just try to find the feature myself. (only do this if the youtuber approves!!)


✏:: find a fandom that you're comfortable in/try out different fandoms! Don't go into a fandom that's popular but you're uncomfortable in it, try out different fandoms and see which one you like the most! (I recommend an anime or a videogame because those are usually the most popular!)


✏:: never give up! If you get unmotivated/tired of getting almost no views don't give up, a lot of famous gachatubers went trough that phase and I'm sure every normal youtuber did to, try to post on tiktok/youtube shorts if your normal youtube videos don't go to plan!

the timing tip is very helpful to any YouTuber! i am not a YouTuber yet, but i will be one day! my videos will be about my works (i'm an author), but i do use Gacha Club for my OC. once i start getting more views on videos and create a small audience of regular viewers and subscribers, i will definitely use that analytics timing tip! thank you!
