great information and thanks for sharing. I am thinking about the recessed version but that 4k new. I am glad you showed realtime how long it takes to lift a normal size car. Cheers and chapeau.

Good review . Im shopping around for a low lift work on my 2015 Camaro SS and my girlfriends 2012 Camry . Both are a pain to get a floor jack under . This looks a little bit more stout than the quikjack. I like how you can park over it without having to move it around.

Thanks, was interested in this and how it compared to my quickjack. I don't think there's much advantage to this in terms of height (although it does look a bit higher), and it's definitely less portable as the quickjacks are only 100lbs / pce, but you can't really park on top of the quickjacks like you can this, and that makes them a bit of a pain because it means whenever you want to work on them you have to slide them down next to the car & wiggle them back and forth on the ground until they're in position - and that part sucks ass, especially in my driveway where the concrete is razor sharp.

Thanks! After watching some videos on all the installation requirements for a 2 post lift I decided to go with a scissor lift. I'm not sure yet if I want to go low or mid rise. I have plenty of height for the mid rise but I like just driving on and over the low rise and lifting without having to put the lift bars in place. But then you don't have to drive on and over the mid rise, just over it. Hmm 😒

Thanks for this, really appreciate it! Was wondering how much cross section space there was.

I was surprised you didnt have to put rubber pads down to hit the lift points under the car. Did that not touch your side skirts?

I think there is a 240volt option but I don't see why most people would want to wire the unit like that. Have you tried lifting your truck yet? I'm worried that the lack of lift point flexibility will be an issue for my application. One example is my Honda crv has lift points over 60 inches apart

Nice. I am sure it will save you a lot of money servicing the Beemer at home

nice review man I been looking for a lift for my garage. ceiling height is only 82 inches for me so was thinking one of these or the quick jack. I got a transmission to install in my 65 impala need one of these for that. any drawbacks or regrets?

Hey Jamie. Nice video. What amp circuit does your lift run on? Did you say yours is wired for 110v? Could you have backed your car on the lift to have the open portion of the lift under the engine/trans?

I have an older version of this lift. It's not versatile at all. Unless you have a vehicle with perfectly accessible pinch welds, it can be a PIA finding lift points. Also, lift has about 8 to 10 of rearward swing as it lifts the vehicle. Not good if your garage space is tight. It is a simple lift to operate without a lot of moving parts to break or mess with.

Hey, nice video! Do you anchor the lift? Is it necessary?
Thanks?

Gee, wouldn't a mid-rise scissor lift have been more useful, even if you don't like the 2-post lifts? There are also the single-post mobile lifts, which I've seen positive reviews for.
But I guess you got a deal, so...

Does this still require the rubber lifting blocks like the quickjack?

Thanks, question will Bendpak do the install?

Does this utilize a 15amp or 20 Amp plug?
