►Ingredients:
Wonton Dumplings
- ½ lb ground pork
- ½ lb minced shrimp
- 20-25 wonton skin
- ½ tbsp light soy sauce,
- ½ tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp chicken bouillon
- ¼ tsp of sugar
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ tsp white Pepper
- 1 tsp of grated ginger grated
- 3 cloves of garlic grated
- 1 cracked egg
- chopped green onions

Broth
- 4 cups unsalted chicken stock
- 2 cups of water
- 4 slices of ginger
- 2 crushed garlic
- 4 white part of green onion
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tsp of fish

- 8 oz wonton noodles
- baby bok choy

Garnish
- sesame oil (optional)
- chili oil (optional)
- fried shallots (optional)
- chopped green onions

Thanks for the video. I have a question: after boiling the wontons in the soup, do you use the same soup for eating? Doesn’t the soup have too much flour from the wonton skins?
