I have made about a hundred quilts in my life and I can tell you it's not you it's the carpet. Move your cutting board to a hard surface and it will be easy peasy. The carpet is just absorbing your force. Keep up the wholesome content.

hi raven! I have a cursed craft idea for u! <3
I can get or make a nice tulip hat (like in Acnh), and use 5x5 squishmalow faces to make them look like patches! u can cut different sizes, shapes, and colors of squishmallows to make it look more like sloppy patches! 💗
