One thing that's kind of ironic about your statement that villagers don't taste that good: most shark attacks occur as a result of sharks mistaking people for seals or sea lions (a surprisingly easy mistake from an underwater vantage point), and unless the shark is literally dying of starvation it will usually just swim away as soon as it realizes its mistake.
