The shot at 1:26 is actually very unsettling and beautifully shot. If you took away the corniness of the scene surrounding it and just focused on this shot, there is a sense of psychotic despair, especially with the creepy music. The way she is staring at Gordon with piercing eyes like that really raises the hair on my back. I feel like Batman Forever and Batman & Robin had some great shots like this that are never appreciated due to the reputation of the films as a whole.
