Ivy could have easily pulled a fast one on Robin by kissing him again after he removed the rubber lips. Either that or have the plants grab Robin then kiss him. Heck she pretty much almost killed both Batman and Robin at the beginning of the movie before Freeze showed up.

I remember this scene from my childhood watching this, I used to find Poison Ivy attractive, I still have this movie on VHS since I was 8 years old. Brings me back memories, I still love her line " gotta go so many people to kill so little time" though it was the worst film, but the action was cool. The only thing I liked were the fight scenes, and soundtrack.
