If I live somewhere that has winter, what would you do with your worms then short of bringing them inside?

How do you do Bokashi in the winter if the ground is frozen?

I just have bins made out of chicken wire and drop the food scraps there, along with leaves, paper. Once it breaks down it goes into the garden.

These are the most complicated compost methods I've ever seen.

You can literally direct bury in the ground. Or the classic, add leaves and scraps to a bin.

I think you guys made composting more complicated than it actually is so that people will be encouraged to use your pick up service

You can compost meat and dairy in a bokashi system. Don't even waste the space on paper -- it's not needed
