For three houses, Sothis is called "Alien" by the agarthan and the dark place where you are sent by the forbidden spell, zaharas is a place dragons use to travel between words so it's fairly possible that she actually comes from the world of one of the other games... who knows...

Fates might take place either during or before Genealogy, since the symbols for Hoshido and Nohr appear in Duma's Temple in Echoes, and Chrom says that Hoshido / Nohr are countries lost to legend.

I'm still trying to get over the fact that more than a thousand years has passed since Shadow Dragon, yet technology in Awakening still remained relatively the same

The Youtube algorithm is the most powerful Fire Emblem character

also, in the dlc of Fates where you can interact with Chrom, Lissa, and Frederick, Chrom calls Nohr/Hoshido a legendary continent, or something or other, and that confuses Corrin. this would imply Fates takes place before Awakening and had been mostly lost to time. i think this supports the Outrealm theory a lot. especially when you look at the fact that Awakening characters were Hoshidan children and some Nohrian recruits were children from Awakening. so i do think there's some weird time-space overlap, but i don't think the devs care that much and just want to play around and/or give some fanservice.

For the Fates children, the names went from
Gaius to Asugi
Cordelia to Caeldori
and Tharja to Rhajat

One thing I find kinda fascinating about the timeline Kaga intended is that there are heavy themes of colonialism and what an outside power can do to an indigenous people. I may just be way overreading this, but I'll explain why I think that.

TearRing Saga has many direct references to the "Jugudi, " a people foreign to Lieberia who settled it and used their technology to oppress the native peoples, the Zoans. The native peoples through divine intervention turned the tabled and subjugated the Jugudi, with the rule of Kalbazan sealing their power. However, when two heroes, Yutona and Carluon, slew Kalbazan and dispersed much of the Zoan Empire, a sect of the Zoans fleed the continent, and landed in Lazberia. Similarly to the Jugudi, they quickly used their technology to overpower the indigenous people and establish the Ancient Empire of Lazberia. To me, at least, "Jugudi" sounds very close to "Jugdrali, " and I personally think it's because Kaga wanted people from Jugdral post-FE4 to use their immense power to colonize other lands. This pattern of colonialism continued on into Lazberia, the setting of Berwick Saga. It's a bit of a crack theory, but I personally find it fascinating.
So, essentially, the timeline would be something like FE4 Part 1 -> FE4 Ch6-8 + FE5 -> Rest of FE4 -> TRS -> FE1-3 (assuming a time gap of about a millenium) -> Berwick -> Awakening.

Since one of Ike's descendants is in awakening (Priam), and all of a sudden they were like "There are wolves!" in radiant dawn, I wouldn't be surprised if laguz and the fox/bunny beasts in awakening are connected.

People talking about how the Zelda timeline is weird but SMT is weirder

It's obvious that they created a multiverse kinda thing with the outrealms so no, there is no united time line. But it's nice to see how the games connect to each other! When I started the series, that vague connection made me love them even more!

I think the OutRealm honestly is just to sell DLC since awakening was supposed to be the final one and use dlc as a nostalgia money maker. Then Fates did it to just please the children character stuff. Can someone tell me if they are supposed to be cannon?

Thracia 776 takes places slightly before Chapter 6 of Genealogy. Chapter 6 of Genealogy starts chronologically in the middle of FE5, when Leif retakes Leonster, while Chapter 7 takes place when Leif had lost most of his army due to failure in Alster (Or I guess it's Ulster now, judging by the new FEH localization of the area). So, in a nitpicky way, Thracia 776 takes place between Chapter 5 and Chapter 9 of Genealogy of the Holy War, considering that by the time Chapter 6 starts, Leif had already been active in his own liberation war, with August even saying at one point in the story that Seliph has started his own liberation war.

I saw a theory once that the Tellius games came first way before all of the other games and that the laguz slowly lost their powers and became the manaketes and the other transforming people in awakening which would also explain Ike’s descendent in awakening too

you know, there was this cool video by a channel named source gaming covering the entire timeline of the franchise, connecting most of the games. there is some speculation involved, but i find it very plausible

We all know that Magvel is the Valentia of Elibe. And that Nada Kuya heavily implies an archanean myrmidon/lord visited Magvel (no solid proof, though)

The fact that so many games have heroes who weild legendary weapons and thus have prequel potential is the only reason I can think of that there might be a secret timelime dicument at IS. Marth's world, Telius, and Elibe all have people like Altena or Anri they could place games earlier in the timeline by focusing a story on them.

None of what you described sounds like unplanned nonsense to me. All the lands in Fire Emblem are their own Continent. This is why the Pegasus Sister where able to travel to Valentia, and why Ike's descendant can be found in Awakening. When the War is over, people Travel, for some, only to be drawn back into conflict.
I mean, all the Boat Maps have to be useful for something right?

The children characters in fates who look like awakening characters are not actually connected. It's a reference, not canonically related.
