Very strange how it banked almost 90 degrees right but then seems to recover back to wings level. Assuming it was an accident (and I am 99.5% sure it was) I can't think of a system's failure that would result in that flight behaviour. It could indicate that the aircraft did not respond to the pilot's input as expected and the crew figured out how to correct it, unfortunately too late.
