I already knew all the major and minor chords but i still found this video extremely informational! To be honest I never actually noticed you can just add 3 add 4 or add 4 add 3, I learned by note names (C major = C E G). These are great videos! Definitely recommend for anyone learning; you make it so easy to understand this stuff!

dude... i was like "okay i'll click. I know it's not truly every major minor chord in 4 min, but this could be helpful." No.. It's literally the truth. I've been a musician for 2 decades playing drums and guitar. Recently picked up piano and not one person has ever explained this method of chord building to me. Thank you!

I bought a Yamaha Keyboard years and years ago when I THOUGHT I was going to learn how to play. I just learned more in 4:16 than I knew that whole time. I guess there is a reason to dust that thing off... EDIT: Will say, though, that since I have been working so hard on music theory and learning modes, this video makes a hell of a lot more sense that it otherwise would have.
