Crying is a regular thing that people do.Tears dont discriminate but people do.If something is wrong and you feel the tears let them out. Suppressing your emotions dont make them go away.It makes them bigger.So if you dont accept how you feel then later you could feel 10x worse.

I 1000% agree with you. Crying is not only perfectly acceptable for men, but I feel it should be encouraged. Crying can be incredibly therapeutic and healing. Sadly, I apparently have DNA that most always prevents me from crying - I often feel the urge to cry, but for some reason I'm unable to do so. Those few times I've managed to cry were such a release of tension, worry and fear that I long for the ability to cry more often! 😂 I appreciate you sharing this important message with your audience, Dylan. ❤

Crying is an emotion that you cant consistently refuse at some point those tears are going to come out whether you like it or not its okay to cry crying is exceptional and its okay after you cry you'll feel so much better

Crying is a healthy expression of emotion. Fighting the urge to cry is basically bottling up that emotion which is unhealthy and can make you feel worse which could lead to mental disorders. Crying makes you feel so much better afterwards too.
