Eva Mendes opens up about regretting some of her past cosmetic procedures in an interview with 'The Times,' and dishes on how Ryan Gosling helps her to feel sexy.

She’s obviously had cosmetic surgeries in recent years - which is her choice, so no shade. But all of the images shown were from several years ago. And, why do an interview where you try to downplay your work as only “reversible procedures”? It sells false images to women who admire you. Just don’t say anything, and make yourself happy. But the lies are not it.

She’s exceptionally beautiful and will age gracefully as long as she leaves herself alone. Even Botox is toxic; you’re literally paralyzing your muscles and even these treatments that “go away” are going somewhere in your system and affecting your health in some way. I hope she doesn’t succumb to the celebrity pressure to always look young. It catches up with them. I think my mom and grandma have aged beautifully without treatments, Botox, fillers or even facials. The key is to take care of yourself inside out. Sleep, drink water, exercise, eat healthy and applying sunscreen will do more for anyone’s aging process than any $$$ treatment. As a whole, people just need to accept that aging is a part of life and it’s ok for everyone even celebrities.
