Twenty seconds on, forty seconds off, or 20/40s, are truly brutal, but they're a great way of getting fit and increasing power if you have limited time to exercise! This session will hurt, but it's only 20 minutes!

The session:

2 mins 1/10

Not all exercises are suitable for everyone - there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. As with any strenuous exercise, you should take into account factors such as your flexibility, strength and overall health to determine if an exercise is appropriate for you, and consult a doctor/physician before beginning a programme of exercise. Great workout, only issue was YouTube placing ads in the middle. It was fine during the rest periods, but really stinks during the sprints.

I can cycle 70 miles, love it.

I’m not short of time for turbo training, I’m just LAZY 🥳 4 hours outdoors is easier than 4 hours in the garage

Really dig your content. But it's really annoying that video ads are displayed during the sprints or in general during the workouts. Would make sense to check the ad settings allowance on your videos.

Loved the workout. Hated the ads. 20 min work out with 2 ad breaks and one was in high intensity. Disappointed GCN!

I thought the workout structure was terrific, however I gave it a thumbs down because it was interrupted twice in 20 minutes with on screen commercials…and the second interruption happened during one of the 22nd sprint bursts. Not good!
