In this video, we’re going to talk about the parathyroid glands.
There are four parathyroid glands, which are located behind the thyroid glands in your neck.
The parathyroid glands control calcium in the body. It allows you to have a precise level of calcium in your blood. Too much or too little calcium in your blood can cause numerous health issues.
Your parathyroid can even pull calcium from your bones to maintain normal calcium levels in your blood.
A malfunction of the parathyroid glands can cause your body to pull too much calcium from your bones, causing issues like osteopenia, osteoporosis, bone fractures, bone pain, and hypercalcemia (too much calcium in your blood).
Hypercalcemia can cause high blood pressure, atrial fibrillation, palpitations, kidney stones, tiredness, memory problems, and GERD.
Parathyroid issues may also result in hypocalcemia (low calcium in your blood).
Tumors on parathyroids can be caused by numerous toxins, including aluminum, ozone, fungicides, herbicides, and pesticides.
You can support healthy parathyroid glands by consuming plenty of cruciferous vegetables, avoiding GMO and non-organic foods, and going on a healthy keto diet.
