Hydrogen isn't a _fuel_ here on earth. It's a means of transferring energy. There's no source of free hydrogen that can be accessed here because it's all bound up in stuff like water. You can break water down for the hydrogen, but the process will always (ALWAYS) require more energy than you get from the hydrogen. You can get it from hydrocarbons... but what's the point of doing that?

Hydrogen fuel vehicles are nothing but a dangerous waste of money.

Meanwhile, China have 250, 000 cheaper electric buses running in their cities. There is a good reason why they are not hydrogen.
