I am considering switching to HighLevel as our CRM. This feature is very important to my team. My question is, does the 2-way-sync capture emails which occured in the past. We have years of conversational history with some clients -- if we switched to GHL, could those emails be synchronized into the platform? Or does GHL only capture emails from whenever the 2way sync got initialized on the platform?

So there is nothing to do? It automatically does this? What could be a reason why it is not working? Because mine is not, . I sat on hold in the waiting room to literally be told there was not enough time to help me and they had to go onto the next client. I pay the $497/month. I thought that allowed us to get help.. Thank you

Is there any way to just turn this on too have full two way sync automatically without having to copy a random auto bcc link to put into an email. There’s gonna be a lot of people who have no idea what this is/understand it

Does this work from all SMTP or only LC email?

I have got the auto BCC working but it's only pulling in the email address, nothing else.

this video is not what we are looking for (I want to forward every domain emails for my sub-account to one gmail and wanted to sync that email in GHL so I see contacts from emails in my CRM so I can reply from conversation tab.)
hopefully this is possible
