This year my anxiety has basically gone from a low hum to a torrent of constant panic, sometimes to the point that I cant function through the day. After meditating to this it's the first time in months I've been able to sit and relax, think about anything I want, and not have sudden panic. Truly a blessing, I dont know how you do it, but this is the only meditation music that always works for me. I want to share my yesterday's night experience with this meditation. While mediating I suddenly felt something pulled me then I felt immense pressure in my 1st three chakras. Afterward a string aroused in my spine. Slowly I felt it in my throat chakra. Later I don't know whether the string went upward or not but felt pressure in my third eye chakra and my head started bowling. After some time i saw faces of dead people who I knew. Then i saw a snake but after that I had an essence of lord shiva. It was like I'm sitting in front of lord shiva in meditating form. I know my kundalini a roused in this process. I want you to throw some light on this. Thank you 🙏
