In the heart chakra I begin to feel angry, which extends to the throat chakra where I begin to feel pain in my chest. It calms down as it ascends through the remaining chakras. It's not the first time it happens, I also felt it when I was listening to the previous version of the chakra series. Is it an emotional release?
