Make 100A transformer

Today I built a 1000VA transformer to test the inverter. This transformer weighs about 10.5Kg with 8.6Kg core. I usually quickly calculate 1Kg core corresponds to 120W. With 8.6Kg core we will have about 1000W. Primary 7 turns of 12mm (6AWG) wire. Secondary 220 turns of 1.3mm wire. No-load current 0.1A .

Input coil is primary, not secondary. Likewise, the output coil is secondary, not primary

Good work. I want to ask a question, I have a transformer core with the same dimensions. I want to use it in the inverter. I want to wind it as 24/0/24 v. What should be the copper cable cross-sections and number of turns?for 1500 W

You didn't mention about the primary coil insulation black tube material. Can you specify the material of the black tube.

You can increase the secondary current but lower voltage,
Higher voltage but lower current.

I think that 5x8 core at 10000 gauss should be 1600w. Am I wrong? Cheers.
