This is great man, I work at Microcenter as a technician and pretty much every single one of those AIO just caused us to to warranty work replacing it only months after.

i have a magcore liquid 240r v2 worked great for 7months+ decited to move the rad to a new position.. went from 35c idle to 65 - 70c idle up to 100c under minor load... but i did find out that if you beat the pump on the rad violently.. it instantly drops on average at least 30c then goes back up till you beat it again about one minute. just beat the Fudge outa the pump and normal temps for a bout 10 seconds then it goes back up

I remember hearing about this and decided against buying one of their AIOs. So far I am pretty happy with my Arctic AIO and how well it performs in my dusty environment.

I have the Artic Liquid freezer 240 and they came out before any videos were posted and said certain aio gaskets were possibly defective. I contacted them and within 2 weeks I had a kit to my house with liquid, mx-4, extra screws, cloth with some stuff on it to clean off the paste and a new gasket and cold plate. I am very happy with their customer support, no questions asked and it was sent to my house

My buddy had one of these and we had only problems. Switched to an air cooler and couldn’t be happier

So it started with the video you posted about the issue a week or so ago. I put in my S/N to the link and it said it was not part of the recall. However my CPU was running at 80c when gaming. And this was not overclocked. Intel 10700k. Overclocked, 100c within seconds and throttled.
Fast forward to this video. Watched it and then put in my S/N again, and BAM. RMA on it's way. They sent an email the next day and I got the new V2 cooler today.

After install, 29-30c at idle. Over-clocked, MAX 50c.

THANK YOU for posting this, taking it to MSI and getting them to accept a larger recall on these.
It is clearly an issue and without your input, I would have just bought another brand.

Mine failed a couple weeks ago. Didn't even realize there was a recall till I saw your videos. I already got a replacement from Corsair, but was just approved for the RMA. I'm sure I'll find a use for it though. Thanks for looking out for us!

I had a version 1 240r and they sent me a brand new version 2 for a replacement. I have you to thank for this! Saved me a huge headache with my wife's new pc I just recently built. To add it only took 2 days to the new AIO and I got it before I had to send out the old unit.
