Ben and Jerry's is one of the biggest and most recognizable brands of ice cream out there. This video talks about the motivational story of how the 2 men built this brand. It also touches on the strong business ethics associated with the company.

I've been to the Vermont headquarters for a work thing and I had a meeting with Jerry and I was told he doesn't shake hands. I forgot and he slapped my hand shake away and hugged me. Such a cool guy.

It’s just perfect amount to hit the spot after craving ice cream, with extremely good quality. Unless you plan on eating a whole tub, it’s just right. Best flavor in my opinion is the Double Fudge Brownie, because the brownies aren’t soggy or gross, and they’re nearly as large as the container sometimes.

Glad you mentioned their old salary cap experiment but you forgot to mention the various "inexpensive" CEO's they had to go through during that time because none had the knowledge of how to keep a company like theirs profitable and growing. It wasn't until after they healized that a truly good CEO (and executives in general) costs real money. But once they did and got back on an impressive trajectory, Unilever became interested and eventually purchased the company.

Ben&Jerry's is well worth the cost and they've been a big favorite of mine since childhood. I think they're living proof that you can make bank without compromising your values. Or selling your soul. You just have to want to enough, and they do.
