As a person who plays legend difficulty I've noticed that it's the gameplay updates that matter (Unfortunaltely, Konami has refused to fix passing and defending). No matter what tactics you apply the AI will script goals whenever it wants to score. The goal is to outscore AI which can be very frustrating most of the time. Last minute AI equalizers and winners are sometimes inevitable.

This maybe too much while using possession style it's better not rely on sprint / dash too much just learn to use double touch and pass n move... It was really hard to get used much just relying on tricks and normal run and holding the ball... Sometimes you end up using dash for counter attack.
