No daemon won't become a night walker. The tree was showing him glimpses of the future. Just like it showed him Dani would have the last 3 dragons in the world.

If the timeline isnt linear, i hope eventually we will see an ending to game of thrones more worthy of what was given to us. Following the white walker narrative of who they are, what they want, why they are back with all the foreshadowing and all the sub plots that were ignored at the end. Looking at it from this time frame “ the ink isnt dry “ in the future so The chance of the story changing now is greatly improved in the shows………

Literally baffles me how people asssumed it was the night king when it was very clearly a white walker and one who looked like Daemon and Brynden Rivers in the vision. I still believe Daemons gonna be sacrificed on the Isle of Faces and what's to say Targaryens can't be turned into white walkers. There blood does have special properties and for all we know Craster in GoT could have Targaryen blood. We know in the books that there are a network of secret caverns and tunnels all throughout Westeros so maybe one passage would take you all the way from the Gods Eye to beyond the wall. To what end no one knows but they're certainly setting it up to be a mystery meaning there is more we don't know that GoT ignored completely.

Did we forget how White Walkers are made? The only way we've seen them made was 1. Bye direct magic from the Children of the Forest and 2. By being turned as an infant by the Night King. This was just a prophetic vision of what is going to happen in Dani's time.

Anyone who reads face shapes really well (such as myself) would tell you that is most definitely NOT Daemon as the Night King in that shot.
It’s likely just a vision of what’s to come to put real life urgency in him since the current emergency seems not at front and center, his wanting of the throne for himself was occupying that spot for the longest time.

One question we should ask is where did the night king get his armor? He must of had it before he became the night king, what group of men were wearing this kind of armor?

You can look at the white walker's armor to guess when they were warriors. Maybe after the war with Aemon, Daemon went to the far North to live with his lover and became a white walker from there.. About 300 years later, the white walker returned, bringing with it a deadly winter
