I look 30 yrs back in my life and have 90% hope that we will advance much more, , , enough to get to that planet in next 20-30 years!....Tech has proved it's ability to advance and evolve is very high!

Technically we already could build a spaceship or a mobile space station that would travel there and inhabit generations of humans who'd then colonize it - it's just too expensive and too much of a risky investment (something like : all rich people on earth could either loose their wealth or become the owners of a new planet, making their wealth something 'bigger' than too-big-to-fail, which they already are...)

Light years mind boggling distance! Perhaps our far future descendants might explore that planet! Give or take say 5-10 million years! Maybe even less if humans put their differences aside and work together we could achieve wonders. :D

If that planted (Kepler 452B) is habitable then its probably inhabited by intelligent life (like Humans) and if it's older than Earth, then it's population is probably more advanced than us. 

That said, if Humans do go to Kepler 452B, we can't colonize it but us Humans have to come there as immigrants or refugees (depending on how Earth is doing in the next 500-1, 000 years).
