MS are FINALLY taking FS to the next level. All those who played FSX will remember fondly the 'classic' missions...REAL things to do, with all the interesting and colourful accompanying voice dialogue. This crucial side of FS was missing in FS2020...despite the anniversary conversion of a few, and no, 'landings and tours' most definitely don't count, lol.
If MS do this right it will open up a massive door of sales possibilities. Fingers crossed. Of course, this has no bearing on those who prefer the existing 100% sim experience. I also almost(!) 100% guarantee that existing purchasers of FS2020 will not be forgotten - it would be a MASSIVE own goal if MS tried to get us all to pay another big lump sum. We'll soon know what way MS will go in treating existing purchasers with the level of firefighting in these threads ;)
