At Red Flag, the international training exercise for air forces of allied countries, many of the world's best pilots meet for the most challenging flying of their careers. Red Flag is the final training for pilots and their aircrews before being sent into actual combat. We follow a young American fighter pilot as he makes his way through this extraordinary event held in the desert of Nevada.

I had the opportunity to watch this in IMax in San Diego. The time, expense and production made it a great viewing experience. Even though I have a dvd copy with extras, that I found at a thrift store for $3, I find I will stop to watch it, even now, on my cell phone😊.

Holy Coolness and seeing this right after pitching decks US NAVY which night ops look Holy Crap insane hard. I got to experience something similar to this on a smaller scale in Florida last year between Tyndall AFB+ NAS PCB & Eglin/Hurlburt Field, it was so cool what I did get to see, but what was even more awesome listening to the sounds of dog fighting in the skies above. It's an energy you will either love or probably hate, but it is powerful no matter what. I love the sound of FREEDOM. Wish I was still in Florida! Hope to be back soon. Thank you so very much for the love and wonderful memories wish I was in the blub in east bay watching right now!

Man I envy fighter pilots. This is the single coolest job in the world. I was supposed to do this but I busted on the color vision requirements. Too blind to be a fighter pilot but airlines will still take me luckily
