Great video KLM! But can I wear glasses and still be a pilot? My eyes are 6/6 for the left and 6/9 for the right and I don't wear glasses. So do I need to wear glasses or not?

The minimum and maximum length is needed to be able to actually fly the aircraft. Too short would lead to not being able to reach all controls and having the necessary vision array. Too tall would mean simply not fitting comfortably in the cockpit and that would cause all kind of health, safety and practical issues.

Als treinmachinist moet ik iedere drie jaar naar de medische keuring en iedere vijf jaar naar een psychologische keuring, waarbij je onderworpen wordt aan vrij pittige testen zoals concentratievermogen, vigilantie en stressbestendigheid en een goedkeuring van een psycholoog. Ik hoor er niet iets over in deze video. Hoe gaat KLM hiermee om?

ik had nog een vraag, ik wil ook graag piloot worden alleen dan moet ik eerst een hbo opleiding doen en dan nog naar de klm flight academy, dat duurt ongeveer nog 6 jaar met de huidige studie die ik nu doe, dan is het al 2024, ik hoor ook wel eens dat fabrikanten zoals Boeing en airbus al bezig zijn met zelfsturende vliegtuigen, zijn er nog wel piloten nodig in de toekomst?
