How do you enter entries that ask a question then ask for reason for selection? It is a question with 2 parts. Here is an example

What do you think was the reason for this experience?

Thank you for the info and your comprehensive explanation. Can you expand on this subject a little and address giving a rank to multiple responses for example in the two responses spaces in the store may be given a rank of 1, 2, 3 or 4 in order of preference to other variables?
