Thx again Jay...lots of info to chew on. I wonder if it wouldn't be better to just eat avocado and olives and cook with broth and water? 🙂

I like the taste of avocado oil better that oil olive which taste bitter to me. I wish more health professionals would talk about it. Thank you for doing a video on the subject.

Okay, I don't buy into the hype. Olive oil has been used for centuries. Sure there are some cheap ones but why buy cheap when you are dealing with your health. I will stick with olive oil.
