I thought countries could buy goods from whomever they want. Canada cannot go to the WTO and force the chinese to buy our canola, how entitled! What we should be doing is finding someone else to buy our canola instead of beging the chinese.

Release the Hauwei executive problem solves, they view Canada as sino-america therefore if they dealing with you it don't means much, because you will do whatever the American tell you to do anyway, therefore they got to wait for the deal with the American how ever it would work out, so it will working the same for Canada, China can also take the case of Huawei to the WTO you do not have any proof to ban Huawei from your country either.
