A week after Canada imposed 100 per cent tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles, China announced plans to start an anti-dumping investigation into canola imports from Canada. Jennifer Doelman, canola farmer and provincial director with the Ontario Canola Growers Association, says this will ‘devastate the price’ and have a ‘major impact’ across the country.
