This and the DW723 stand both lost all there rubber feet after 2 years of use. Now I can't use them inside without having a chipboard under it. New replacement rubber feet are more expensive then buying a new stand!

Stupid question: What's the best way (without a ramp) for one man to get that saw into a van while still mounted on the rolling stand? I have been detaching the saw and humping it and the stand in separately. Is there an easy way to keep the saw mounted and still get it in?

Not really designed for the DW745 though is it? You have to remove the bumpers and adjustable feet to use their mounting holes and then probably lose them somewhere. What I did was enlarged those angled holes slightly and used them as storage for the feet you had to take off just in case you need them in the future.
Just a few seconds with a reamer and job done.
In this vid they have drilled completely new holes for the mount bolts, but they don't tell you that and not easy to do at the rear, without damaging the plastic case.
