Thanks for posting this Mike. I rent my two spare rooms to people working locally. This isn't for everyone but it allows me to pay down my mortgage. Second, I condensed my five working days into four, meaning I have more time for my sideline.

Great video! I like your whole Velocity Banking concept. Certainly learned some new strategies overall. As a real estate investor for over 23 years, you are spot on! Once you combine real estate and business, you greatly reduce your taxes. As you mentioned the best way to make more money is to save more money

I sell on Ebay and Poshmark to pay back extra money on my chunking. I go to thrift stores, garage and estate sales to find items to list. Adding an extra $2000 a month to pay back my chunking allows me to chunk faster. At my pace (cause I'm a hustler)
I should be able to pay off my house in the next 3 years. Whoo hoo!!!

...Came across your videos last night, and I was blown away by them. The potency of the information is going to be life changing . It is so great until I took action, following your clear model to send my paycheck straight to the Discovercard and use the line of credit to pay down our mortgage amortization loan. Can't thank you enough...I'll be watching and listening for future videos and live streams. Thanks bro again for taking the time to make these videos.

Years ago I got laid off and collected unemployment. The economy was bad. I needed to make up the difference between unemployment and the net from my job. I did it. Here are some of the things I did. Big was no child care cost while I worked. Insurance - got quotes from several companies for home and car and dropped a few coverages like towing, rental car, since I would be home. I upped the deductible from $100 to $250 on the car and from $100 to $500 on the house. I asked about anything I could do to lower my costs. I challenged my house value for tax purposes and saved several hundred in property taxes lowering our monthly mortgage. Household/Personal Care/Food - here was a big cut. I went from $100 a week to $35 for 2 adults and I baby. Clothes and kid toys started coming from a thrift store and yard sales. I had a yard sale. Sold stuff on Craigslist or today it would be EBay or Facebook. Electric- cut our usage by 30%, so $25-60 savings a month. Refinanced my mortgage. Started gassing up the vehicle on Thursday’s for .05 less per gallon for $12 a month savings. Vacation was to a state park cabin instead of a rental house on the lake. Cost 2/3 less. I know it doesn’t sound like a lot but it all added up to equal a little more than my take home pay. If a family members daycare provider went on vacation or got sick, I provide daycare, so a little earned income now and then. My income pushed us into a higher tax bracket so my income lost 40% before I even saw any of it. Look into concepts like a capsule wardrobe and simplicity. These concepts streamline your life and cut down on stress.

So I would suggest you go through your expenses first. Still go on vacations, but maybe Las Vegas instead of Monaco, lol. A dollar saved is more valuable than a dollar earned. Why? Every dollar you earn has taxes on it plus expenses. Cost nothing for an insurance quote but 30-50% on new earned money. Taxes, travel, business expenses, etc. Did you know the IRS tax code allows you to rent out your primary residence for 2 weeks a year and pay no taxes on this income? With Air BnB it’s so easy to do now. You’ll be on vacation yourself or couch surfing at a friends or family members home.

A few easy things you can do without changing your lifestyle is check if your grocer offers coupons online, if so sign up. My grocer offer I free item a week, like yogurt, milk, eggs, etc. On your smartphone sign up for Ibotta, Receipt Hog, Fetch Rewards, Shopkick, Swagbucks, SavingStar, Raise Gift Cards, and Flipp. All are free apps. Raise offers discounted gift cards and flipp allows you to view all store ads in your area in one place. Flipp will allow you to search for lowest advertised price and even notify you of great deals, example- chicken leg quarters for .59 a lb. All except Flipp offer cash or gift card bonuses for referring others. Some people earn $1000 or more a month doing this. Those same sites offer rebates on purchases of cash or gift cards for pictures of receipts, some people get free items plus earn $25-200 or more a month in rebates. There are YouTubers who show you the deals for free, no membership or fees, just watch their 5-15 min video. You can screenshot the deals or print their google doc. The ideas in this paragraph can be done during lost time, ex- commercial breaks, commuting, waiting in lines or wait rooms, etc.

Best wishes!

Also, the app Digit learns your deposits and withdrawals from your checking account and will take out money every day based on your bills and spending habits. It can be as little as 12 cents and up to 49 bucks a day. It saves it onto their app and I can transfer the money back to my checking account anytime. I've had the app for exactly 8 months and I have saved over 6 thousand dollars without even feeling the money coming out. What am I going to do with that money? Pay back my chunking of course!
