The value resorts are my favorite Disney hotels believe it or not. It just gives a old 80s feeling that is kinda nostalgic even though I wasn’t even alive back then

My son and I stayed at the All Star Sports and the bus transportation wasn’t a problem at all. The buses went everywhere we needed to go very easily. This summer we’re staying at the Pop Century with bus service and the skyliner!

Just the walk from Magic kingdom to the bus stop was the worst but that’s it. I really loved the movie resort. Definitely staying there again if we go again.

My go-to Disney resort has become the WDW Swan and Dolphin because: 1) location, location, location, 2) deluxe resort for a moderate price, 3) extended early and evening theme park hours, and 4) Marriott Bonvoy points. ❤

The buses were pretty decent. The only problem I had is that the bus stop for the value resorts are always the furthest away! I’m not lazy but after hitting 20, 000 steps it’s a bit much 😂

We've always stayed at the All Star Resorts. They're decently priced for a hotel you're just gonna be there to sleep. I'm not about to spend $500 a night for a room I'm in for 8 hours at night

I’ve been at the all star’s multiple times…. Never have I ever spent 30 minutes to anywhere in the bus 😂

Busses? Seriously? Like that's a deal breaker? We stay there because its cheaper and no sense spending twice as much for a place when you're hardly in the room. We understand the risks

We've stayed at these resorts multiple times. Don't think we've ever been on the bus for 30 minutes to epcot or magic kingdom! Years ago we used to have to wait probably 30 minutes for another bus to come to the resort but now they come fast and often. The buses are great, especially for us as we don't like to drive in America, just can't get my head around the rules! The bus really isn't that bad

Wilderness Lodge!! People seriously sleep on how great of a hotel this place is! That 5 minute boat ride to and from Magic kingdom is a game changer!! It is a deluxe resort but it’s not super popular so the transportation is not very crowded. We always stay in the Boulder Ridge Villas so we’re always away from the hustle and bustle of the main lobby. And the vibes are ✨immaculate✨. Plus the outside bar and grill, Geyser Point, at night after a long day at the parks is super relaxing and a great place to unwind.

We stayed at Allstar Movie Resort in April, no issues at all with bus service to the resorts.

Port Orleans French Quarter. Smallest moderate, one bus pick up location out front, never over crowded.

I love staying at the Beach Club or Boardwalk, where you can walk right to Epcot's International Gate and now ferry or Skyliner to Hollywood Studios. You still gotta bus to the Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom, both of which can take awhile to get to and take even longer to get back to at the close of those parks.

Personally, Coranado Springs is my go to! Not too far from the parks and closest to Animal Kingdom. Yes, there was the bus loop and whatnot, but when I stayed, I was near the first stop in the loop, so it wasn't too bad. I loved everything about it! Would definitely go there again!

Im here now. 1st time staying at a value resort in a lonnnng time. We in a family "suite". It's not so bad on the bus. We've been staying til after the night time shows. Walk to busline and we're on the 1st or second bus out and not stood 1 time. I think its okay for just a sleep and shower spot🤷‍♂️

When we stayed at Disney’s all star music not once was the bus ever packed or did we have to wait for the next bus

The all star resorts are great! Transportation was also great! The ride gave us time to mentally prepare for the day ahead of us or unwind from a long day.

As a DVC member, the one thing I no longer have to worry about is the cost of the room. Never stayed at value resort, not my thing. I do understand why some people would though. I’m on vacation and I want to feel relaxed and pampered all the time, that’s why I bought into DVC. It paid for itself in three years.
