This is one of the reasons Willie will always be one of my favorite characters from the series.
He's a genuinely good and clever guy that has the genuine want for the kids to do their best (in a fun playful manner)
And since he is a groundskeeper, he doesn't HAVE to make it boring

First, he cleaned the school's entire property, then he taught the students with no budget, and now he is the school's top teacher!

Willy is definitely earning himself a bigger shack.
