8:48 What I love most about games like that one, is that they basically prove CVs and Subs aren't the reason for the super passive meta. That game had nether, it was 3 DDs, 4 BBs and 5 Cruisers per team. The "perfect MM" as some would call it. Yet everyone still plays super passive and the team that doesn't mostly all play super passive wins. It's almost as if the real reason might be something else and CVs and Subs are just getting the blame even though the way people play doesn't change even when they aren't around...

Yep. I had a game where 8 ships just sat in one little square and waited to lose. Destroyer, Cruiser, Battleship, all of them. Just sat there until they lost, shooting in the general direction of the enemy at extreme range. There needs to be a Warhammer 40K function where your captain gets executed for cowardice. Consistently never engage the enemy? Here's a new Level 1 captain. Enjoy.

7:25 was probably on NA, but on EU double yammagiri is really common at T9-11. I would always count on those being part of each game

5:48, once I citadelled a Sovyetsky Soyuz with my Republique, when he was bow in to me, so sometimes strange things happen.

Funnily enough, Ushakov has a near identical set of dispersion characteristics to Patrie up until about 17km where it starts to get worse (it's slightly better than Patrie's from 15km and under, at 16km they're almost identical, and 17+ it starts to invert). It also has the best vertical dispersion of any Super BB 15km and under, and the best horizontal for 10km and under. Sigma is also 1.8 for all super BBs save for Satsuma at its special 2.1, so the accuracy should be on the better end of the spectrum, especially for the Soviet BBs being built for that "12km and under" range that their special dispersion pattern works best at.

So I'm going to say, if the ship itself isn't bugged, then it's yet another classic case of the artillery in WoWs being pure dogshit on the technical end. Not that WG seems interested in fixing any of the myriad of artillery issues any time soon. And thus the consistent player bleed will continue.

Moral of the story is don't play this ship get a conqueror instead. It'll just suck in randoms

this ship will bleed credits. You don't get any rewards for tanking. You have to do dmg and cap to break even in most superships.

that is just the same dispersion and rng i get everyday playing BBs. most days i think I'm just running a ship washing station with all the splashes surrounding enemy ships and 1-or none of the shells hit the ship.

I feel like playing this ship is the equivalent of driving the Mammoth/Apocalypse Tank from the Red Alert games. You'll crush everything in your way and feel invincible on the frontlines, provided you actually have other ships backing you up.

The problem with a ship designed to "take one for the team" is it presumes you HAVE a team for which to take one.
Imagine playing this thing on Asia server, for example.
"OK, I'll push ahead, the rest of you position to take advantage of that"
...3 minutes later....
"WTF are you you all hiding behind islands or on the map edge or near both our CVs FFS???" (expect 2 CVs and 2 Subs per side on Asia server)
LOL, would be a complete and utter waste of time.

Real talk though, that was some seriously unlucky dispersion, on paper this should have the same dispersion as Kremlin.

Actually, I think a nice build can be a full secondary build. A.Ushakov has 8x4 130mm secondary guns, with 8% fire chance and good reload. The secondary DPM is absurd at 608.000 base (based on Ship Tool website)
At 10km (almost the max range u can reach), the hitting dpm is just a few less than a base Schlieffen, at 52.057. Patrie is in the middle, but too squishy. The fires/minute.... 34.1!!!

Definitely worth trying it, considering you are basically pushing all of the time in this BB and the guns are "meh". Let me know if I interested you enough!😉

I think that this battleship is too weak for its level, it would need to improve gun reloading and accuracy

5:49 thats an old bug that still hasnt been patched.
You can get conningtower cits into the funnel.
