what happened to this series? Would like to see Lisa's progress after 3 years.

Props to her for trying and progressing. I never realized getting “out of the saddle” is so hard for some people. I guess riding off road since a young age makes a huge difference in confidence and form though.

I see a lot of comments saying that Lisa should get out of the saddle. Yes, we know this already. Please remind yourself that she is a beginner and WE'RE NOT DONE WITH THE SERIES. So far we have covered bikes and trail rules, both of which need to be reviewed before techniques.

The workshop in the next video is all about bike control, but this is not in response to the comments. The comments are actually totally counterproductive, since Lisa is actually a real person doing this in front of an international audience of thousands of people. Cut her some slack, or don't watch.

She's gotten way better better from the first video! Way to go Lisa! And nice coaching man.

I'm a beginner mountainbiker (over 40), it's good to watch an MTB video I can relate to. I watched thousands of MTB videos, but most of them feature pro-riders doing stuff that is way out of my league.

When Lisa made it up and over that hill. I was so happy for her! Way to go Lisa!

Seth, I’m really impressed with how patient you are. A lot of experts have forgotten what it’s like to be a novice. Thank you!

When I was about 7, learning to properly ride out on easy trails and struggling to pedal up little hills, my dad always said to stand up on my pegs. a few years after when I started riding "harder" trails I realised the importance of what he said. Standing on your pegs has to be one of the best tips any new rider can receive.

You go girl. I had my first crash yesterday and it ended up being more funny than painful

Great job Lisa.. just keep at it - you're fortunate enough to have a really good instructor. And kudos to you, Seth.. this is what it's all about. Awesome.

These are probably the most informative mountain bike videos on YouTube I've come across.. Everything is explained clearly and professionally without all the jargon that other videos seem to have. Good job!

What a great set of videos. My wife just expressed interest in riding, and I know that she is likely to encounter most of the same challenges as Lisa. This will be very helpful in keeping her from getting discouraged. Thanks for taking the time to make these!

This sort of thing is very much in need and you're doing an excellent job with it.

Thanks for your videos. All of them. Looking forward to the future videos on your clinic.

This is why I love You Tube. There is always somebody to tackle some topic or the other and present it perfectly. I've only ever ridden road bicycles but I'm about to get myself a mountain bike and hit the trails. Thanks for the content.
