There are directed supplements in cases of deficiency. I was low on calcium, D3, and iron, corrected with supplements. one density improved. Hemoglobin improved.

I don't ever hear that cholesterol is supposed to be cleared up by supplements. Omega 3 helps clear arteries of blockage, which can possibly improve cholesterol

In my childhood I always fell ill, many times in a year, most common thing I had was Flu. But i never had pneumonia, malaria, dengue, swine flu or corona even though I had a corona patient in my house. I think all diseases come from our mind. Whatever we fear happens to us. If you fear you'll be fat, you'll gain weight. Then definitely you'll. So even if the supplements doesn't benifit, it atleast give our mind that power to fight, a hope or positivity. So it doesn't matter, do whatever you like, live your life like you want. 😇😋🤗

All I can say I know tumorick has helped me a lot with joint pain. Semos has helped me with a whole lot of other things like my Is thyroid issues. So I beg the differ.🤨

I had a problem with an enlarged prostate. I went to see a doctor because it became difficult to urinate. The first thing he said was to remove it by operation. I looked for a second opinion. I found several websites about this male problem. There were several suggestions on which supplements to help with that problem. I tried them and they worked! No more urinating problems! And because of that, I will look for a supplement before I run to a doctor! The DFA wants to ban supplements because they cut into the drug companies' profits! So I don't mean any offense to this beautiful lady, but she can shove it! And for cholesterol, the thing is not to reduce it, but to not allow it to clog the blood flow system. And vitamin K2 (Mk-7)will keep the blood flowing!

There is a lot more to taking supplementation and these study can say whatever they want it to say because they set the parameters. First of all herbal formulation are the best for body maintenance especially after the age of 40. And the formulation that have the proper potency's are not cheep! If your spending less than $100.00 per product your wasting your time. Although sometimes something is better than nothing. Too really see benefit and vitality it will cost you roughly $500/month. Next you have to change your lifestyle, if your destroying your body from every direction then don't bother with supplements, then you'll have more money to eat & party. Exercise is a must too. Everything in the universe is in motion so why aren't you? Another thing that is highly important is body fat %. Fat is an inhibitor! No one should be over 20% body fat and that's being generous. Your stomach is the size of your fist and that is enough food per sitting. I been in the health & fitness field for 52 years and I NEVER get sick! Covid is and was a joke. I could go on and on!

Eating the right food, and avoiding the wrong ones is the only way you should get supplements/multivitamins. Just eat real food.

Sure. 🙄 Why even eat? Why do we need food? Surely not for vitamins? According to her, we could live off of junk food.
Not everyone is the same. Some people need the extra vitamins. Aging people for example.

With a normal diet you won't need any or most supplements.
Not too much meat - or be a vegetarian.
I eat fruits in the morning, vegetables for lunch - sometimes meat but less than half of the days. And eat something light in the evening.
